Fielding & Hitting Camp: Ages 10-13

This two-day program is designed to teach players ages 10-13 how to build their individual skills as a pitcher or catcher. With a limited number of participants, ValleyCats players and staff will be able to adjust drills and exercises according to each group of campers.
Pitchers will learn proper throwing mechanics, along with information on proper grips for fastball and off-speed pitches. This is a drill focused camp that will give players a multitude of ways to practice at home.
Catchers will learn responsibilities of being a catcher (receiving, blocking, throwing, tag plays, bunts, and pop-ups) while learning the most specialized position on the field.
*All participants will do activities for pitching and catching during portions of the camp.
Camp Includes:

- Lunch Each Day
- Access for (4) to a 2020 ValleyCats Game

Camp is limited to 40 participants.
**A $25 fee will be retained by the ValleyCats for any cancellations made within 30 days of the camp.
