New Era 59Fifty Hometown Collection cap. The Winston-Salem Warthogs were members of the Carolina League from 1995-2008. The Warthogs won the league title in 2003 under manager Razor Shines. The club played at Ernie Shore Field, which is now Wake Forest Baseball Park. Notable Warthogs alumni include Aaron Boone, Gio Gonzalez and Carlos Lee.
